No two dresses are alike… Because the amount of time needed to thoroughly clean and restore and preserve gowns can vary widely based on material, style and construction, we base our rates on each individual gown we handle. Please call us at 817.732.1419 to set up a visit so that we may evaluate your wedding dress.

Yes. If you would like, we can call you to inspect your dress before we preserve it.
With our Diamond Preservation Service, your gown will be wrapped in un-bleached muslin before being placed in the archival wedding chest. If you would like to view your gown once it is in the archival chest, we recommend using the white gloves that are included to protect against oil and other contaminants that could transfer from your hands to the gown.
Such things as a headpiece and veil, petticoat, gloves, garter, and handkerchief may be stored with your dress. There may be an additional charge. You may also choose to store your things in more than one chest. Shoes and leather items such as purses should not be stored with the dress because fumes from the leather and glue can damage the dress. Ask for a small treasure chest to store anything that will not fit with the dress.
The guarantee is not voided, but improper handling of the gown may cause damage. If your gown is handled excessively or soiled it should be cleaned and preserved again.
