Words cannot express my gratitude to Carl at your Alta Mere store.  My daughter wanted to wear my wedding dress for her wedding in April 2012.  27 years ago, my mother Heirloomed my wedding dress, however, the cleaners did not clean it well enough and when we unpacked the dress, there were terrible caramelized sugar stains on several places on the dress.  My daughter and I both started to cry as we thought there would be no way for her to wear this dress.  Let me also say that this was a $10,000 dress, bought at Francines of Dallas, 27 years ago.  I did my homework and decided to take the dress to Kites Cleaners, since I heard they were the best at wedding dress restoration.  Well, let me tell you, that was the best decision I have ever made.  When I brought the dress in, they looked at the dress and didn't give it much hope.  However, the ladies said "we will send this over to Carl, cause he's the best and he may be able to get the stains out."  Well, Carl was so amazing.  He called me before he started on the dress, just to let me know he was going to work to get it cleaned.  Then only a few days later, he called again to tell me the stains were out.  I don't know how he did it, but he is amazing at his work!  I just wanted to write to you and let you know that Carl is great, and I will be bringing my dress back to Kites Cleaners, once my daughter is married, so they can Heirloom my dress properly.  Thank you so much to Kites Cleaners and especially, Carl, because if it wasn't for him, my daughter wouldn't be able to wear this priceless dress.
